Donovan S. Meckes is President of Detention Equipment Specialties, Incorporated. He began his career in 1990, working for his father in the detention industry. Meckes learned the business from the ground up, going through union apprenticeship programs and embracing the value of hard work and dedication to his customers. He has grown his small, family, California-based business to a company that now serves clients across the United States.
